Tarun has represented global brands including IMG and BFI, where his distinct style of filmmaking has seen him direct films which have screened at festivals worldwide.
Tarun won 'Director of the Future' at national film competition, Snap! (2009) for a documentary commissioned by Mencap.
Following this success, his debut short ‘English’ (2010) – an elegant tale of two judgement prone youths from London - was officially selected at Portobello and the British Urban Film Festival and was selected by Urban Screen as part of their talent showcase, premiering alongside UK smash hit ‘Harry Brown.’
As well as directing, Tarun has mentored young filmmakers on First Light funded films, and more recently on BFI's Film Academy scheme (2016).
His recent efforts have seen him direct promos for Bollywood superstar Neha Dhupia, as well global sports brand IMG/Premier League Productions - where his promos have gone on to air on terrestrial TV worldwide.
Tarun's second short 'Amukta' (2016) - currently in festival submissions - has already screened in Russia and India, inspiring him to complete his third short film script, due for production later this year.
Tarun is currently developing his debut feature film 'Blue Summer.'
